Did not work
I used this for a week to reduce water weight/ swelling around my ankles. It did absolutely nothing. I did drink lots of water to help, but no change.

Best of its kind!
I have the worst salty tooth and this product is a life saver. When taken daily it's super helpful but taking an extra when you over indulge really keeps the boat away. "Bye bye bloat!"
