Drink a cup of this stuff before bed. Not only do I fall asleep much faster (which is sometimes hard for me) but I also had a better sleep and had more lucid dreaming. Purchasing this again right now!!
Definitely worth trying. I give 5+ plus stars!
Lol the first time I tried this I had 2 bags in my cup and I didn't wanna wake up in the morning. The dream felt so real I just snoozed my alarm. So be careful if you drink 2 or more in One night if you have to be up early the next morning. Haha
I love this tea. :)
