I like this one!
I've only been using this for a little while, but so far it's smudging much less and also less irritating to my eyes than the one I was using from e.l.f.. It's also not waterproof (which it what i was looking for to avoid some unwanted nasty chemicals) so that's a plus!

Great eyeliner
I actually love the OG Almay liner (black top white bottom) but they have since changed to this one. Works great, inexpensive and small enough to carry around with me. Not totally long wearing but that’s what touch ups are for! I’d give it a solid 4.5!

Nice thin, dark line
This line has a hard tip unlike anything I've used before: I'm used to brushes or pen-style liners. This one is like a stick, but it's surprisingly easy and comfortable to use. I can get a nice, thin, smooth line, and the colour saturation is great.
