Amy's family often visits a delightful Himalayan restaurant where customers are served a bowl of lentil soup to eat, free of charge, while waiting for their meals to arrive. Amy's Kitchen was so taken by the flavor of this delicious soup that they asked for the recipe. The owner gave them the recipe and came to Amy's plant to show them how to make it. Organic red lentils and yellow split peas are gently cooked with organic vegetables and traditional spices to create Amy's mildly spiced Golden Lentil soup for you to enjoy.
Ingredients (Vegan): Filtered water, organic yellow split peas, organic red lentils, organic carrots, organic tomato puree, organic extra virgin olive oil, shallots, organic garlic, organic ginger, sea salt, organic spices, organic turmeric
Individuals with Food Allergies: This product is made in a facility that also processes foods containing wheat, milk, soy, tree nuts and seeds (including sunflower seeds). In addition to gluten testing, strict allergen control measures are implemented at all levels of production. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish, or eggs.

Super Tasty
This soup definitely does not lack in flavour. Lentil daal is one of my favourites and I think the soup definitely mimics similar flavours. I think it's a little pricy for almost $5 a can, but I get it once in a while.

I like most of Amy's soups but this one is my new favorite! I love Indian food and this soup satisfies my Indian food craving. Nice curry flavor and loaded with lentils! I add habanero pepper for a kick as I like it spicy!

Delicious! Great purchase
Delicious soup that is healthy and hearty. I haven't seen this flavour available in stores so was very excited to try it, and I'm glad I did! Would buy again.
