Crafted for bakers, Anita’s Organic Mill Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookie Mix is certified organic!
Gingerbread Cookie Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together 3/4 cup soften butter, 1/4 cup molasses and 1 tbsp milk. Stir in cookie mix. Shape dough into a disc, wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roll out dough until 1/4” thick, cut desired shapes and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins.

Pretty nice
We further adapted this mix to include lactose free butter and brown sugar instead of molasses (high fodmap). They turned out well in terms of holding their shape, were easy to ice. Would consider adding more ginger to give it a bit more kick.
