AOR Advanced B Complex was designed to provide the most
advanced forms of B vitamins in the most scientifically discerning
ratios available. These nutrients help metabolize carbohydrates,
proteins and fats for energy and support tissue and red blood cell
formation.
Recommended Dosage: Adult Take 1 capsule one to three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
AOR Guarantees: that no ingredients not listed
on the label have been added to the product. Contains no wheat, gluten,
corn, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, dairy, soy,
eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding or for use beyond eight weeks. People with thiamine
hypersensitivity should not take this product. This product contains
corn. Do not use if you have a corn allergy.

great product, confused by price
Love this product, but confused by price. For an extra $6 I can get DOUBLE the amount of pills. I wish the smaller bottle was less expensive so it was more easily affordable for me instead of spending $50 at once.

The only brand I ever buy
I have been using AOR B Complex for decades. I stopped using it for a few years as I couldn't swallow the pill after an accident. I'm happy to say now back on them for weeks and yes I feel a definite difference in mood and energy levels. And they don't taste horrid as some of those hard pills that stay with you all day. Great brand highly recommend.

AOR is a high quality formulator and they have gained my trust over many years. My first introduction was via a naturopath. Since then I continue to rely on AOR brands for specific supplements, where liability is paramount.
