Recommended Dosage: Based on the research, take 1-2 scoops of Glutamed 2-3 x daily, to promote gut health, improve inflammatory responses, and recovery from exercise or injury. On training days, use 1-2 scoops upon waking, 1-2 scoops intraworkout, and 1-2 scoops before bed.
