Thorne Bio-Gest works well
My naturopath suggested I take this enzyme for IBS-like symptom of pain on my left side. I also had high SIBO numbers. I take one with lunch and one with dinner. My pain is pretty much gone now. I feel soooo much better now!

Horrible Reflux or Burning Sensation
My family have been avid users of various digestive enzymes/supplements for over 10 years and none of us have had a horrible reaction like this.
It felt like my throat and stomach were burning. Maybe this is was acid reflux feels like? I'm not sure? This reaction happened to both my son and I when we tried this brand. It made us feel sick and didn't aid digestion.
Very expensive for a HORRIBLE product. I'd recommend reading the other 1 Star reviews for honest feedback.

Very helpful product
I take this right with my meal -- one capsule. I find all forms of gastric unpleasantness greatly reduced. I prefer it to a more expensive product I had from my naturopath.
