Amazed how well this product worked for me.
After doing research on hormone balancing and electrolytes, I wanted to try out a natural option.
This product has done wonders for me and my cycle. My symptoms used to be basically at the point of debilitating doing anything was a challenge. After a couple weeks of consistency, I noticed during my menstruation phase. Some of my symptoms were gone and some were way more manageable than before. My recovery time after workouts has significantly improved and I look forward to taking my electrolytes every morning.
