I have been using this for years. When I feel so tired, like I could go to sleep even at 6pm, two drops under my tongue, have a drink of water & within 30 minutes I no longer feel tired. Very happy to find out Well.ca sells it. For years I could only get in England, then in Canada at certain Health stores.
