I love these bands, oh so much! I've had one for about a month now - purchased one at 22-23 weeks when I noticed the start of diastasis recti so we'll see if this band curbs that. Even so, I used to spend several seconds hunched over waiting for my pelvis to relax enough to let me walk after sitting anywhere for longer than 30 mins and that hasn't happened since starting to wear an Upsie Band. I don't think I'm very large pregnant wise, every comment has been about how small I am, but I wear this band 24/7 and I wish I would have bought 2 since it takes a million hundred years to dry and I hate not wearing one haha. I haven't used the heating pack but needless to say, I'm quite sold on this product!

This product is a life saver for the end of your pregnancy when you still need to get around but need the sturdy support. I pulled a groin muscle and this was very helpful for taking the pressure off and getting me back on my feet. I also love the heating pack. I have used it almost everyday. I look forward to continued use after my csection.

I bought this to help with lower back pain and it has definitely made a difference. I'm in my third trimester and commuting by Subway and the support has definitely eased my lower back pain. It is a bit of an investment, but I haven't found significantly lower prices anywhere else. I haven't used the hot/cold pack yet.

used it throughout 3rd trimester. worked great for providing support to low back. felt much more balanced when walking and didn't need to "waddle". didn't notice much difference with leg swelling or bladder discomfort though. would definitely recommend this though it is a bit expensive (loss of 1 star)

My wife loves this support belt. It really helps take the pressure off her cervix and back. The hot/cold pack is also nice when her back is really bad. It looks kind of funny when you wear it with the hot/cold pack in public as you do see a bulge sticking out of your back, however when worn without it you cannot tell it's being worn. It's completely hidden under clothes, even light weight clothes. Just remember to take it off when you sit down as it starts to get uncomfortable quickly.
