YUM! Feel so full, energized, and satisfied after!
I might have gotten distracted and overcooked them as they ended up tasting like overdone angel hair pasta that I'm use to. I would have liked to have had more packages of this so I could have experimented more, quite expensive for each so I would had been interested in bulk prices. I still enjoyed them a lot and I felt amazing after!
I read the other review and was confused, these were not crunchy for me at all lol they don't even come dry, they come wet in a vacuum sealed bag with some liquid inside... So I'm curious about how this person got them to become crunchy and I might even want to try that method myself lol I imagine would have to really dehydrate them by cooking/fry them in open air shallow pan, and not in a soup broth like what I did.

Better than most
I have tried several kinds of low carb noodles and these have were better than most. They do not have the odour that most other brands have, and the texture was much better than other brands as well, I will these again.

The texture is horrible. I couldn't even get myself to finish 1/3 package. Tossed it out.
