I did a little research on Bob. He seems like a nice guy with respectable intentions. I try to support the Red Mill company as much as I can. It is worth it to spend a little more when I know that the Red Mill uses old fashioned ways of working with grains.

Love the oats
Really like these organic oats. I decided to go organic after reading practically all non organic oats are sprayed with pesticides. Also the old fashioned rolled oats make the best and cleanest tasting oat milk.
