Good meal replacement shake for diabetics
I received a sample bottle with my order a few months ago and finally got around to trying it. The vanilla flavour is actually very nice - much better than the vanilla flavour of another popular diabetic meal replacement drink that I've tried. The carbs are reasonable, there's a good amount of protein and fibre, and it didn't spike my blood sugar. For reference, I have type 2 diabetes.
