What a disaster of a product!! I REALLY like finding eco friendly products so I gave this a try. HUGE mistake. The sheets are literally see through thin despite being 2 ply. You need to use double the amount you normally would or your hand gets just as wet/dirty as the toilet paper. The only thing I did like is one side is smooth and the other has a nubby texture for a better clean. That said you may as well just save your money and use the tissue paper you get inside your Christmas/birthday gifts...it would do as good of a job as this disappointing product

Very satisfied
Compared to other bamboo TPs I have tried, this one is truly soft and does a great job. Don't try to compare this to wood product TP as the "feel" is different. When I first felt it, I thought it was way too thin. However, when using it for its intended purpose, I realized that it was more than sufficient to do the job. By the way, the 1-roll option was a brilliant idea for trying out a new product.

bamboo products
I like the bamboo tissue/paper towel products they are great and my main reason forf buying them is the bamboo is sustainable... but the issue I have is when they are delivered, they are in a large cardboard box with quite a lot of packing paper which kind of defeats the purpose of sustainable.. and i understand trying to protect the items from damage but can we rduce the paper they are wrapped in?

The only reason I gave a star even is because You have to in order to review, but I would never purchase it again, it feels like using sand paper, it's just unusable!

Denied my return- bleached TP and false advertising
I have been waiting forever and still no reply from well.ca customer support. This toilet paper is bleached this is false advertising I wanted to return it and was ignored. This is not a good practice when people are trying to support local small businesses. Do better. Thank you for denying and ignoring my return request.

It's OK.
It's thin and tears easy. But it's also very smooth (not soft) and doesn't leave "lint dust". It's a good product if you are looking for tree free and "no bleach" whitener. I buy it because I am allergic to other commercial toilette paper and this is ok for me, after 3 months of use.

Excellent Conventional Toilet Paper Alternative
Made in Canada by a Canadian company! I've been buying this now for over a year and absolutely love it. It's strong and gentle on delicate skin. Yes, it's a bit pricey for the number of rolls you get, but I find I use less than conventional toilet paper and it lasts longer.
