ElectroMag is a tasty effervescent drink mix with 150mg of highly absorbable magnesium and 375mg of Vitamin C in every serving. It is ideal for the maintenance of good health, helping with metabolism, wound healing, tissue repair, muscle function and strengthening bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.
Recommended Dosage: ElectroMag™ is a tasty effervescent drink mix with 150mg of CanPrev’s
highly absorbable proprietary magnesium and 375mg of Vitamin C in every
serving. It is ideal for the maintenance of good health, helping with
metabolism, wound healing, tissue repair, muscle function and
strengthening bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.
Directions: Empty contents into a glass and add 150 to 250ml of water, or to taste.
Age 9 and up - Take one (1) packet, one (1) to two (2) times per day, or
as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place.
Caution: As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare
practitioner on the use of this product. Do not use if seal is broken.
Keep out of reach of children.

I am a professional ballerina and these were recommended by my nutritionist to help with muscle cramps, I take one packet a day in the morning when I wake up and now I get little to no muscle cramps. On long and demanding performance and rehearsal days, I will put one in a water bottle and drink it throughout the day and it makes a huge difference. I think Amit of people have a magnesium deficiency and don’t realize it, fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, headaches...are all indications.
Our foods nowadays is depleted of vitamins and minerals..this is a great supplement

Tastes great and is effective
I’ve been buying this for 2yrs now. If ever I’m not on top of ordering and we run out we notice a difference. It has helped with energy, insomnia, migraines, muscle fatigue...it’s one I try to make sure I have handy for us all to take! It’s just SO beneficial.

Great product
I was advised to buy this powder from my chiropractor Dr. Steve Knighton after I continued to cramp up in longer beach volleyball matches. He originally recommended pickle juice, but my stomach couldn't take it ;) These little packets work like a charm. Have one before I play and then one watered down over the next 3 hours. Zero cramps.

Product inconsistency
I have purchased this product a couple times and normally love it. The last time I purchased it, the powder appeared brown and clumped together. I can’t tell if it is still safe to consume. The lack of consistency is concerning.
