This liquid formula contains 20 mg of elemental iron in every tablespoon, and is enhanced with vitamins C, B6, B12 and folate, all cofactors that help in the absorption and assimilation of iron for the production of healthy red blood cells.
Directions: Adults: Take one (1) tablespoon per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Refrigerate after opening.

Works great!
Just started using this, and works great so far. I struggled with gut issues from other iron supplements I've tried, but this was has been very easy on the stomach and no other gut issues. Only downside is that it tastes bad, but is easily washed away with a glass of water after. I will keep using this one!

Works great!
This boosted my iron levels quickly while I was pregnant. Gentle on stomach and the taste isn't too bad!
