Directions: Adults - Take one (1) capsule per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Great iron supplement!
I have been iron deficienct all my life and this product is great. I started taking this product over 5 months ago and I am curious to know if my iron levels have improved (haven't checked due to the pandemic). I definitely feel better and it does not upset my tummy at all.
