Directions: Adults - Take one (1) heaping scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Mix product well in one (1) - two (2) cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. For use beyond 2 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Caution: As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use of this product, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Actually Works
I've had problems with fatigue and foggy mind since dealing with Chronic Fatigue a while ago. This product has helped to increase energy and allow me to be more organized. That means getting things done. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone who needs that extra boost.
