The best. Period.
I have tried many types of magnesium in the past several years and the bis glycinate form for me is the best of the best. I take this before bed to ensure relaxation leading to a good nights sleep. I combine this with a magnesium oil spray applied externally, also available on well.ca for a double whammy effect. Can Prev has a lot of integrity, customer education, and if I have a question they always get back to me promptly.

Very Impressed
As a licensed Naturopath, I am extremely impressed with this product. They are easy to swallow and work phenomenally. I made sure to take 1 capsule an hour before bed (when I know I'm home) and it definitely relaxes me & promotes a good night sleep. Supplements can be so expensive, these are also reasonably priced for the quality!

A staple in my nighttime routine
I’ve been taking this at night, on the advice of a pharmacist. It really takes the edge off nighttime anxiety and insomnia and is truly gentle on my stomach. I’ve tried other brands, but this formulation has always worked best for me. Highly recommended!
