This changed my life
That's not even overstating it! I used to have terrible cramps, but from the first day I started taking magnesium (+ zinc + copper), I'm a whole new woman!
I really like the fact that this is water soluble powder because it means that I'm not ingesting fillers everyday (from tablets or capsules).

Not what I expected
When I saw that this product was gentle especially for people for people with colitis, I was so excited! It's expensive for me but I figured maybe it would be less harsh than the Bis-glycinate I was taking. I was so wrong. Not only is the taste nauseating, I've been so sick taking it. I'm going to have to throw it out and go buy my old one again.
