This proprietary extra gentle magnesium-glycine complex is enhanced with vegan vitamin D3 and soy-free MK-7 vitamin K2 to help you absorb calcium and build strong, resilient bones.
Recommended Use: Magnesium + Vegan D3 & K2 helps in the development of bones and
teeth. Helps to maintain immune function, strong bones and teeth, proper
muscle function (including the heart muscle), electrolyte balance and
healthy nutrient metabolism.
Directions: Adults - Take two (2) capsules per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Perfect Blend
What a perfect blend of all I need to take in one capsule.
I take 2 at night and I haven't have any problems with waking up
with cramps in my legs or feet. I will continue to take this blend of Magnesium.
