Great to have on hand
After living in the southern US and finding good, fresh tortillas just about everywhere, I got spoiled by good access. They are not easy to find in my part of Canada and there's not always time to make them fresh. I took a chance on these and would recommend them. There are about 18 tortillas per package and they need to be separated with care as they can tear easily. If you start going around the edge and then working inward, the tortilla is more likely to emerge intact.
To keep them shelf stable, there is a preservative used and the taste is slightly different than what you'd find in a fresh product, but if you're adding beans, cheese, salsa and other toppings, it won't be an issue. These are very convenient and live a long time in the refrigerator in a zip bag after opening (before opening, it's fine outside of refrigeration). Each package also contains a sample pack of Tajin seasoning (chile and lime), which is also sold here. It is excellent.

These tortillas are great! Tasty and do not fall apart. They are really well packaged. Amazing they are gluten free. Just follow directions on package.

Best packaged corn tortillas
Made in Canada, perfect for my gluten free diet when I don’t want to make my own corn tortillas, and they taste good! They can be kept on the shelf until opened. Peel them apart and warm in the oven or microwave in a tortilla warmer or damp towel and you’re ready for authentic taco night. They hold together better than other brands I’ve tried.
