Try it.
After reading about the differences and benefits of Celtic sea salt I had to try it. It isn’t as pretty as Himalayan but it has minerals (especially magnesium) that we need. I would not use this salt exclusively but for fish and meat I recommend it. It is a bit more briny than Himalayan.

I used this brand years ago to treat infected piercings.
Remembered it as my husband wasn’t fond of Himalayan Salt...reading about the vitamins, minerals and trying to cut down table salt and eat healthier figured we try it and very glad we did
