Follow directions and its 100% every time!
After reading some reviews I was a bit worried but if you just follow the instructions on the can it comes out smooth every time. Simply warm the can by placing on a warm stove (I placed one warm cup of water) then shake vigorously and the consistency was smooth and even.

No coconut flavour just milk
I bought 6 of this product was excited to make coconut milk rice
But after cooking found out that there was no coconut flavour whatsoever
It just has the thickness of the milk but no flavour
Very disappointed

Great!
Very hard to find coconut milk without additives. This one is great. If it's lumpy or separated, just put the can in some hot water for a little while, then whisk it up before using. I love using this for pumpkin pie and rice pudding - works great as a dairy replacement :)
