Really Good Cinnamon
I bought this out of curiosity and to support a co-op. It's not mind-blowingly different from other cinnamons, but it is just really good and I love the story behind it. I'm a bit mixed on the packaging; it's made by women who are fleeing abuse and essentially slavery thus providing employment for them, but I have motor issues and it is pretty hard to get into. Note: the outside package is paper but the inside bag is plastic, for anyone who avoids plastic completely. For me, I think the cause and taste is still worth purchasing it.

Cha's true cinnamon was recommended to me as an organic, true cinnamon -- love it in my coffee, and in baked goods - especially this time of year - fall when apples and squash are in season -- both baked with cinnamon and a dab of maple sirop enhance the falvor of these foods!

Good product, bad package
This cinnamon has a very good quality but the package could be better. It is really hard to open the container, it's beautiful and ecologic but not very practical for elderly people.

Bitter Smell & Aftertaste
Bitter smell and aftertaste. Definitely does not have a "delicate flavour profile or natural sweetness" as described. I'm questioning the quality of this product because the plastic packaging inside has no label it's impossible to know if it actually contains pure quality Cha's Organics True Cinnamon.

Good Taste
I have used this product for sometime, it is true to the taste, and all natural. I use it for baking and making muffins. I love this brand, besides it is organic.
