This is a lovely non-caffeinated drink. I make mine with milk and itâÂÂs flavourful, spicy (but not too spicy), and delicious. Sort of like a softer chai latte with a little bit of something different. Love!

Really works!
I bought this about 2 months ago as I was having trouble sleeping but wanted to stay away from prescription or strong sleep aids. I've had the best sleeps ever since. Highly recommend!
