Description & Features
Tigernuts are small tubers, not actual nuts – an important fact for
those with allergies. The ancient Egyptians knew that the fruit of
Tigernuts’ grass (Cyperus Esculentes) was highly beneficial, both as
medicine and nutrition. Its root tubers are distinguished by an
unusually high proportion of fibre and a delicious taste.
These Tigernuts are RAW, Certified Organic, Gluten Free, vegan, Non-GMO, kosher, and High Natural Source of Fibre.

Healthy snacking
I love these alternative to nuts for snacking in between meals. They have a natural sweetness and they're nice and firm to satisfy my need for chewing satisfaction. Will be trying in my overnight oats as soaking will soften them up.

Tasty & healthy.
I've ordered this product repeatedly. It is very dry unless you soak them for a few hours. I find them tasty, like eating nuts without the salt. They do fill me up and I find I snack less on sugary/salty foods.
