Great source of selenium
I eat 2 per day to meet selenium requirements for my thyroid condition. I like that they’re organic. Quite often though I find this exact same brand cheaper at other online stores.

The only brazil nuts that taste good
As a vegan I have been trying to add brazil nuts into my diet for a while now for selenium. The problem has been that I hate brazil nuts. I have tried several brands and these are the only ones that I can tolerate and they actually taste pleasant. I eat 2 a day for a great source of selenium and have found since eating consistently for last several months, the stress induced hair loss I experienced has thickened.

Crunchy and fresh
I usually eat one or two a day for health benefits. These had a good expiry date and tasted fresh. I’ve bought them from another online store and got some that were rancid so I really appreciated that Well.ca stock is fresh.

I was so glad to see Well has found another supplier of Brazil nuts. There seems to have been quite a spell when there were none listed here. These are very nice and I'm pleased to find I can order them again. (Great source of selenium for thyroid function and other things - besides just being a nice tasting nut!)

Best Brazil nuts
So happy to have found a good source for FRESH Brazil nuts. Often those found in the health food or bulk food stores are stall. I eat a couple a day for selenium supplementation.

So fresh!
I bought these simply to have a couple a day as Brazil nuts are high in Selenium.. just 1 or 2 a day meets requirements! But I'm having a hard time just eating 2 a day! Very good!

Such a good price on brazil nuts and they taste really good. I find they're way more expensive in store for this amount and you only need to eat one or two a day.
