This is a nice oat creamer though 1 star was removed because it is a bit too sweet for me, I find the added sugar in it to be unnecessary and it dominants the flavour. Wish Elmhurst made this creamer in an unsweetened version like they do with their oat milk. And an organic version of that would be even better! Being that oat creamers are still difficult to come by, and other brands available in Canada have too many undesirable added ingredients, the Elmhurst Barista Edition Milked Oats is the best I've come across thus far with a 'clean' ingredient list. Very happy that well.ca is carrying the Elmhurst product line.

Liked this barista milked oats initially but noticed after consuming my tongue and mouth would have a burning sensation and I'd become extremely thirsty. Must be the salt &/or tripotassium phosphate since I've made my own oat milk and not had the same problems. Shame because it is a nice oat milk otherwise and thicker than regular and homemade versions without the use of additional thickeners. But I don't need it for foaming and steaming so not worth consuming the added dipotassium phosphate & salt.

What a disappointment
I really don't know how they can call this barista edition. I would maybe use this in my baking and that's about it. If you want that creaminess you won't get it with this. Better off with Earth's own or Kirkland regular oat milks. Those are so good but I got this one for a treat. What a waste of money

Delicious and no gums!
I’ve tried many oat milks and this is one of my favourites. Would have liked it more without sugar. I had it in my coffee, omelettes and banana loaves. Would buy an unsweetened version next time, although it’s pretty pricey.

It froths!
Love that this oat milk can froth up and I can use it for lattes. Sure it has a couple more ingredients than their non frothing one, but they use less than any other company I’ve found.

Really impressed with this barista oat milk... it's a little bit sweet, which I think most oat milks tend to be, but I found that it worked really well with black teas.

Very tasty. Froths very well.
I like all the Elmhurst oat milk varieties except for the chocolate which isn't terribly chocolatey. I like my coffee sweetened so the amount of sweetness in this is a plus for me though others have complained. It has very few ingredients and no extra added fat. I think it makes lovely cappuccinos.
