The recommended daily intake of Goji Berries is a small handful (20 to 30g).
They can be eaten as a dry or wet snack (after being soaked overnight). Mix them into cereals, yogurt or blend them into smoothies. Also, add to recipes for muffins and breads or add to soup for a unique added flavour.

I just love these berries, I soak them for about three or more hours, stirred up in yoghurt , and have as a snack in the afternoon: delicious! This time around I bought a bigger bag and find that the berries are really sticking together, hard to break up: dried too little maybe? But I love them for a healthy snack!

These little delights are packed full of antioxidants are are a great addition to your diet. I was hoping they would be a bit softer for additions to salads and to much on. Some are so hard they just break in my teeth, but they are delightful soaked in my overnight oats or added to my smoothies or simply added to my yogurt before eating to soften up.

Excellent when combined with other dried fruits or cereals and yogourt. I wish they were less dry, to feel the taste better. As for the delivery, I raise my hat to the team of Well.ca!
