This hand cream works great and it's the best.
In the past I've tried advanced healing lotions, but they never did the job on my hands like I thought it would. But when I first found this hand cream, I decided to buy it and give it a try. When I started using it, it made a difference on my hands. Now my hands are softer, smoother, and healthier. For years my left hand has been dry, cracked, and scaly. That's what got me into buying this hand cream. But my right hand, it was never like that. But when I use this hand cream, I put it on both hands. And by the way, this hand cream really works great, and I would recommend it to everybody who has dry, cracked, and scaly hands.

Fantastic product
In the winter I suffer from extremely dry hands. I had tried numerous lotions and oils and nothing helped. I bought this on a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did! This is by far the best product I have ever used on my hands. It's not greasy and after a couple applications I saw and felt immediate results. My hands are so soft it's unbelievable. I've even bought tubes to keep in my car and my office so that I'm never without it. Every person I'm with that complains of dry hands, I insist they try this and they've all fallen in love with it as well. Eucerin, can you PLEASE make this product for the face as well?

Not as good as previous one. Doesn't get the job done.
I am very disappointed in the new Advanced Repair, Natural Moisturizing Factors Enriched, Light Feel Hand Cream. It doesn't compare to the previous product: Dry Skin Therapy Plus Intensive Repair Hand Creme. I wish you would carry both because the "previous" product is so much thicker and does a far better "repair" of very dry cracked skin. The new product is so thin which people may prefer for a lighter coating. Really wish this could be rectified as Eucerin is the only hand cream/body cream my doctor wants me to use. Other products cause much skin outbreak, etc. Does Eucerin have a cream I don't know about (not a lotion)?

Hands Down -- THE BEST
My hands get so cracked and dry as soon as it starts to get cold. Plus, I wash my hands frequently throughout the day, which strips my hands of all the lovely oils that keep them moisturized. I bought this on a whim last winter because my hands were in so much pain, and it was the first one I saw on the shelf. I have never fallen in love with a product so fast. It was incredible. Every time I put this on, I feel like I've spent a ton of money on a special hand spa treatment. It smooths my skin and stops it from aching. It doesn't feel greasy AT ALL, yet doesn't feel watery. I would recommend this product a thousand times over. I can't be without it in the winter.

New product does not work as well. Not just a packaging
Have been a loyal customer of the intensive care hand cream for many years. It has been the only thing that works for me with dry, cracking hands over the cold winters. I ran out recently and was surprised in the store to see the new packaging and name. But I purchased the new product and gave it a try. I am not sure what was changed in the formula, but this does nothing for me. It coats like any other regular hand cream and doesn't feel like it is sinking in to the skin and healing anything. The old version was thicker and worked instantly. I am extremely disappointed. I don't generally leave reviews, but this was a major disappointment. I'm hoping to still find some of the old product somewhere.

Terrible!!!!
I used the blue capped Eucerin hand cream religiously and told everyone that it was the best stuff out there. I bought it in bulk and when I tried to buy more they switched to this red cap. They say it's the same but it's NOT!! It's terrible!!! I'm SO DISAPPOINTED!! After years of working as a nurse my hands are always dry and painful in the winter from using gloves and washing my hands constantly and the blue capped eucerin was the only thing that helped but this new stuff doesn't do anything except make my hands smell bad, PLEASE bring your old formula back and get rid of this terrible new stuff!! Until you do I'll be telling all my friends, patients, and their families to stay from your products!

Sorry but disappointing
I've purchased Intensive Repair faithfully for over 5 years never allowing myself to run out... even in the summer months when some shy away from lotions. I've been on a wild goose chase to every store in my area trying to find it only to discover it's been phased out. I tried a tube of Advanced Repair only to discover it's not even a close 2nd! It doesn't penetrate as well & although it says fragrance free ..it has one... not a perfume one more like a sterile hospital geriatric smell. Please Eucerin ...bring back the Intensive formula so I can continue to be a loyal customer

The best I've tried
I've tried lots of hand creams over the years but had never tried this brand. I bought it, even though it was more costly than other brands for such a small amount. But I'm very glad I did. I have found it to be worth paying extra for because it performs better than any others I have tried. I use each time after washing dishes, and any other time my hands feel dry, and it always leaves my hands feeling smooth, moisturized, and nourished. I also like that it has almost no scent.
I don't know if it comes in a larger tube than the one I bought, but would like to have it larger, hopefully meaning it could also be a little less expensive. I am giving it five stars based on the product only, not the price.
