Great taste!
I bought this to try as a gluten free replacement a month ago and was really impressed. So far it's the best gluten free lasagna noodles I have found. They have a really nice flavor and texture. I really like the protein content per serving as well. Also, I did not precook them, just put them in dry and they cooked perfectly during the lasagna baking process. I think if you were to precook them they'd be mush once you're done and would ruin your dish. Also, I did use a little more than one package for a full 9x13 pan of pasta, one just isn't enough. I have since bought a few more packages and will be using this from now on.

I buy these for years now, they not only make, making lasagne extremely easy because you don’t precook the noodles, the texture is just like pasta, they don’t have any weird taste at all. Good for beef, turkey or veggie or creamy chicken lasagne. Honestly can’t be beat for something healthy and tasty!!!

Need to eat gluten free, but try hard to find healthy alternatives. Love the ingredients, Love the taste. Use it with zucchini noodles. Everyone's favorite lasagna now. Will order again.

Better Than I Though They Would Be!
When I first received my order, I was surprised at how small the lasagna noodles were. But used them in a small pan where they fit perfectly and my lasagna was delicious!! Happy with the high protein and lower carbs. These have 36 g of carbs where the usual rice pasta noodles I was using have 65 g of carbs! So, big difference! Make sure you add lots of sauce so they cook well. I will be ordering more!

Delicious! Makes a perfect yummy lasagne which doesnâÂÂt taste âÂÂgluten freeâ I have made several now and will definitely purchase again.
I followed another online review which said to boil the noodles for 6 minutes prior to making the lasagne. I would recommend this too.
