Since Filsinger's Vinegar is unpasteurized, a mother of vinegar may form over time, and can be removed by straining if you desire.

Great!
This has been a staple product in my kitchen for years! I love how inexpensive it is compared to other brands, while still being a great quality ACV. Definitely recommend.

Love this ACV, however there is "no mother" like the Bragg brand. Also, when pouring by the tablespoon ir drips all over the counter. Yes, I know how to pour! The top is different than the Bragg bottle, it's made in a way that you have to pour "really quickly" otherwise it spills. So, pouring teaspoons at a time in a glass of water will get pretty messy.

Great Canadian apple cider vinegar
I have found my new favourite apple cider vinegar. There’s no strong bite to this. It is gentle and pleasant tasting. Makes great overnight dill pickles too. I love the fact that it’s Canadian!

It's great to find a Canadian organic acv, and the huge bonus is that it comes in a glass bottle rather than plastic. Let's hope Well.ca keeps stocking this brand!
