Let’s Be Clear from
Yield?
Poor package instructions do not state yield. It would be helpful to know many cups it will make when I follow the directions. Also, I wish it would give just the amount of water needed, like most rice recipes, rather than straining at the end to remove excess liquid.
This rice is pre-cooked and dehydrated, so the advantage is that it doesn’t take as long to cook as uncooked wild rice.
