Amazing pancake and waffle mix

Tasty!
Made pancakes on the weekend and then used the mix with coconut flour to make a spice cake. The pancakes were tasty - I could slightly taste the sweetener but with a bit of syrup and berries on top, they just tasted like pancakes! I would say as far as baking, one might need to experiment and tweak but my first spice cake - albeit heavy and dense - was so tasty. Flourish's website has many receipes too.

No sugar - yay! Why not no plastic...
I really like that there is no added sugar and it's tasty to eat with your favourite toppings. Combination of maple syrup and fresh fruit rules! I would like to give 5 stars if it were not for the plastic packaging.

Great Product
I bought this to use instead of flour for low carb muffins. It works great and has a nice texture when baked. Very happy with this product.
