Description
Developed 40 years ago. Mulling Spices are a blend of cloves, allspice, cracked cinnamon sticks along with pieces of dried Orange peel, natural, whole spices for a less cloudy drink. This recipe is perfect with heated Red Wine, Apple Cider or Cranberry Cider.

Directions: 

MULLED WINE
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Mulling Spice
  • 750 ml (26 oz) Dry red wine
  • 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
  • Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer covered ½ hour. Strain & serve. Makes 1L.
MULLED CIDER OR CRANBERRY: Follow above recipe, replace the wine & juice with 1L (32 oz) non sweetened apple juice, apple cider or cranberry juice.
