Each tablet contains 200 mg of Willow Bark (Salix alba, standardized to 15% Salicin) and 20 mg of Ginger (Zingiber officinale, standardized to 25% Gingerols).

Directions: Adults take 1-2 tablets every 6 hours, 1-2 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets a day.
