Overall, this bar is pretty good. It's a tad high in calories for my preference (250cal per bar), but not out of the realm of normal. 21g of protein is decent, and it's low in sugar, but doesn't taste it. There also isn't a weird whey aftertaste like other bars. The texture is a tough but the fact that it's nut free makes it a win for me. I'll probably buy it again.

I’ve tried a lot of protein bars and I would say this one is top 3 in taste! It doesn’t leave that weird after taste like so many do! Would definitely buy again
