I use this on my children when they're stuffed up and/or have a cough. I typically give it to them before naps and at night, and occasionally when they wake up if needed. The kids love the taste and ask for their 'honey' and I do find that it helps reduce the amount of congestion and coughing - especially overnight which allows them a better night's sleep. It does dry them out a bit, as they ask for a lot more water when I give it to them, but that means to me that its also drying out their congestion. 4 stars only because it is very expensive and with twins, we go through it fast.
