Cautions: Seek medical advice if diarrhea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months

Store in a cool dry place below 30°C. Be aware that dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhea can be dangerous in babies and children under 5 years old and in elderly people. Use only as directed. Contains 0.78 mg/mL potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines – consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Contains 1.38 mg/mL sodium. Quantity of sodium per maximum adult daily dose is 5520 mg.

I love Hydralyte. I have had my colon removed so I am very prone to dehydration. I drink it everyday, throughout the day and if I don't, I feel unwell. This is a new flavour for me and it is a very mild flavour. I think the Apple Blackcurrent is my favourite. I tend to use more water than recommended. Adding more water is acceptable but to get the full dose you need to consume the whole volume you mix up. Personally I don't like the fluid formats of Hydralyte because I feel like it is a bit syrupy. The tablets are way easier, and mix better without a spoon vs the powdered sachets. The freezies are fine but not convienient for travel but great for sick kids at home.

Yummy Flavour & Fast Hydration
I bought this for after long runs or intense workouts, when just drinking water won't cut it. I find it works really fast and it's a decent lemonade taste. Works as a hangover solution too ;)

Important for my household
This is one of the few electrolyte beverage mixes that meets the variety of dietary needs in our household, and it’s easy to slip into a pocket or a bag for refills on longer walks. Natural lemon flavour, lower in carbohydrates, and sweetened with stevia (not sucralose/Splenda!). A 2-tablet dose contains 3.24g of glucose, which doesn’t cause a blood sugar spike for my diabetic husband.
We have tried all the flavours, and they appear to be acceptable for everyone else in the house. I am sensitive to sucralose, so the orange and berry flavours are not for me. The lemonade flavour is inoffensive and sometimes good. Our general rule has been that if it tastes *really* good, we are already dehydrated and should drink another serving in an hour or two.
We really appreciated having these tablets on hand during the summer 2021 heat dome in BC.

This is our go-to electrolyte
It tastes good (we usually get orange flavour, but lemon has taken first place), and is fast-acting. We've tried other brands of electrolytes, but Hydralyte is definitely our preferred.
