Directions: For children over 10 years of age and adults. Apply 1 spray of hydrasense Ultra Congestion Relief in each nostril by depressing the nozzle for 1 second, up to 3 times daily, followed by blowing of the nose for desired relief.

Works well, but very strong scent
I have chronic sinus issues, so I habitually use hydraSense nasal spray. I’ve only ever used the non-scented versions, but I don’t love when I can taste the salt water, so I decided to try this one. It was definitely strong - the best way I can describe it is if you liquified Halls and shot it up your nose. I personally like the way it smells, and the burning sensation makes it feel like it’s working (and my sinuses have been doing well since using this one) but it may not be for everyone! For me personally I think I prefer this one over the regular ones due to the lack of salty taste.

Such a good product!
I have chronic sinus issues and have been looking for something natural to help as I'm trying to cut down on Tylenol. This product offers immediate relief that lasts for an hour or so. It DOES burn a bit after spraying but it soon settles down and I like the eucalyptus scent, it's not overwhelming and helps if you're feeling a bit delicate in the stomach, as I often do.

Works great!
Since I started using this morning and night, my sinuses no longer are blocked. I can always tell if I have the start of something brewing with the slight tingling burning sensation. I love this over the regular saline.

Helps clear your nose.
I have used this nosespray twice now. It helps me breath at night when my nose is stuffy from a cold or allergies. I love HydraSense products.
