No lab visit, no referral, no guesswork. The kit includes everything needed for a simple finger-prick collection: detailed instructions, lancet, sample collection paper, bandage, and a pre-addressed return envelope. Already supplementing? Retesting at 812 weeks confirms your levels have reached the optimal range and tells you whether your dose needs adjusting.

Directions: 

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly. 
2. Prick the side of the fingertip with the provided lancet. 
3. Wipe away the first drop of blood, then fill both spots on the sampling card completely with capillary blood. 
4. Scan the QR code on the sampling card, or visit the registration link included with the kit, to complete your intake form. 
5. Registering is optional but recommended for tracking your results. 
6. Air-dry the card for about 2 hours at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. 
7. Reseal the card with the desiccant bag in the metallic envelope, then place in the return envelope. 
8. Mail within 24֖48 hours of collection.
