Description

Kelp is a variety of seaweed and it is a particularly rich source of iodine, a trace mineral that helps support the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Kelp supplements may be beneficial for individuals with hypothyroidism (underactive or low thyroid function).

Each caplet of Jamieson's Kelp contains 650 milligrams of Pacific kelp, providing 650 micrograms of iodine.

Excipients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Directions: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The absolute best I've been taking Jamieson Kelp for a couple years now and really love it. Despite normal TSH/thyroid tests, for years I've dealt with extreme cold sensitivity, heat intolerance, cold hands, fatigue, etc. I tried this on a whim and after a couple weeks of use, I felt SO much better and still feel good years on (taking it 4-5x/week). At one point, I went off kelp only to have all my symptoms return within two weeks, and then tried another brand of kelp that wasn't nearly as effective as Jamieson's before going back. I'm a customer for life and so grateful for all the good this product has done for me and my life!!
