I have bought matcha several times because I was convinced of the health benefits but couldn’t master a delicious matcha drink, so soon gave up. This matcha latte was an instant hit. Super simple to make and very delicious. Satisfying enough that I choose it over coffee now, which is saying a lot! I make it with equal parts unsweetened oat milk and hot water in a milk frother and it’s great. Fully dissolves.
