I really like these for working out as well as going out without baby when you want something to help your nipples not show. I agree that the milk can accumulate in them so they are not really ideal if you need to nurse baby while out and about.

I really like these, but agree with other reviewers. Wearing them too long gets messy and my nipples got a little sore when I wore them for a long time. but I really enjoy using them as an alternative to bulking disposable pads. Great for going out and when you don't want your nipples to show.

These are not worth the money. These work well if you are going out for an evening without your baby and don't want to leak or want a seamless look. However the milk accumulates in the pad and as soon as you remove them you end up with a big mess. I prefer an absorbent pad as well.

I agree with other reviewers about milk sitting between you and the pad, which can't be good over the long term and is also messy when removing. For every day use, I prefer an absorbant pad. But these are perfect for under a bathing suit!

If you leak a lot these are fantastic to wear when you go out. They do result in a pool of milk between them and your skin, so you do need to be careful when taking them off, which does make it challenging if you're trying to juggle a hungry baby at the same time. I use absorbent pads when I'm out and about with baby for this reason, but for a trip out without her when a leak would be particularly problematic, they are great.

These did not work for me at all. They left my skin looking and feeling clammy when I took them off - like afer you've been wearing a band-aid for awhile. Then my breasts still leaked with them so there was a pool of milk between my breast and the 'pad'. When that happened, I had to lean over the sink to remove the pad which was messy.
I'd go for an absorbent pad instead.

seems strange to use but works really well, no leaks when out for a day
