Terrible -- not true Colour
As a greying redhead I was recommended to go to a lighter shade and not red so I tried the 6N shade referring to the colours on the box.... what a mistake..... not even close! I ended up wishing I had left my hair alone! Instead I ended up with a disgusting mousey dark brown colour. Don't buy this product.

Wrong color disaster
I was recommended this product by a friend.
I used 6B light soft neutral brown and it turned my hair a very dark, most black color. I completely panicked and cannot understand why to the color was so off from the picture on the box

I used this product, and am NOT happy. Will never use it again. Color did not hold, used light golden blond. Very disappointed.
