Now in my mid-30s I have gotten away from the traditionally more youthful brands of cosmetics as I find the colours not appropriate and they often contain sparkles. I love the L'Oreal brand.This blush does exactly what it says and is a very subtle colour (I have fair skin and use 'Innocent Flush'). The brush is useless but will do if you only use it for touch-ups.

I love the True Match line by L'Oreal. My skin type is really difficult to match because I'm really white, but rosey and I have freckles!! This blush honestly matches the real pink colour my cheeks get when they're rosey.
