I have recently used this product due to problems with early waking. I was pleased that the capsules are easy to swallow and do seem to promote a more restful, consistent sleep. As one other reviewer has commented-there is a definite unappealing odour that you need to overcome when ingesting. Holding one's breath before taking helps. The bonus of a full night sleep definitely outweighs the odour however.
