Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily.  May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach.

Ingredients: Beet Root (Beta vulgaris) (from Stahlbush Island Farms)  225 mg, Vitamin B6  (P5P in organic brown rice) 8 mg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin in S. cerevisiae) 500 mcg, Folate (5-MTHF in broccoli) 200 mcg, Cellulose (protective coating), Stearic Acid, Silica, Yeast (S. cerevisiae), Brown Rice.

Caution: Folate supplementation can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
